How do I get my aircraft serviced?
We repairs are performed exclusively from Autel Robotics repair center in Bothell, WA. To request a repair, Autel Robotics US-based customer service can be reached at 1-844-My-Autel (844)-692-8835, and it is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm (PST).

How long will service take?
Service times often depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of service parts at the service location. Be sure to ask how long the repair will take when you discuss service with us, or when you take your aircraft to an Autel Robotics Authorized Service Center.
